Order Processing & Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before your item is shipped.

Shipping Time

  • U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS or FedEx, with an estimated delivery window of 15–20 business days.

  • International Orders: Shipping times vary by destination and fulfillment center but typically range between 15–30 business days.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control—such as weather conditions, holidays, pandemics, or natural disasters. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once your package is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
To cancel, email us at vaera@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER."

Address Corrections

Entered the wrong address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to update your shipping information.
Please note: Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make any address changes.

Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at vaera@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll ship a replacement at no additional cost.
